I - Basic Requirements
  • Service record
  • Latest appointment
  • Performance rating
  • Class/Intermediate program
  • Certificates under oath of the SH that the candidates is actually teaching
  • Transcript of Records
  • Prc License
II - A Criterion A 
      Curriculum/Instructional Materials/Simplification of record keeping/Procedures/Effective    Teaching  Strategies 

  • Project Proposal
  • Project Write-up
  • Copy/Sample of Instructional Materials
  • Evidences of validation of Materials developed
      INCOME GENERATING PROJECT
  • Project Proposal
  • Project Write Up 
  • Brief Description of the finished Project
  • Financial Report on Income generated/expenditures (net income shall be at least Php. 5,000.00)
  • Evidences of direct pupil benefit
  • Both project Proposal and Write-up shall be duly certified by the approving body
  • School head
  • PSDS 
  • Area Supervisor
  • Assistant Schools Division Superintendent
Criterion B- SUBJECT AREA COORDINATOR

                    ADVISER OF SCHOOL PUBLICATION SPECIAL ORGANIZATION

Subject Coordinatorship for credit (Hele, English, Filipino, Mathematics, Science,MAPE, Makabayan) 

Grade Level Chairmanship for credit
  • Activities done during the incumbency focused on both academic and co- curricular matters
  • without academic activities no credit will be granted

Criterion C - SERVED AS CHAIRMAN OF A SPECIAL COMMITTEE EACH AS:
Curriculum Study Committee
Committee to prepare Instructional Materials
Committee to prepare School Program(Remedial Program/Enhancement Program)

Instructional Materials for credits are modules, worksheets, workbooks, guides, operation manual provide
  • They reflect observance of the principles for preparation of effective instructional materials
  • That these materials consider their utilization in the attainment of the MLC objectives
  • Audio-visual materials shall be credited only if there is evidence of efforts done in the attaining case in their use during instruction

MINIMUM POINTS TO BE EARNED BY CANDIDATES

MASTER TEACHER I         -        At least 25 points in leadership potential or has been 
                                                          demonstration teacher on the district level plus a number of 
                                                          points in leadership potential  to reach the total of 25 points


MASTER TEACHER II         -       At least 30 points in leadership potential and achievement
                                                          or has been a demonstration teacher on the division level with 
                                                          points which when added to leadership and potential points
                                                          shall at least equal to 30 points.
