- Project Proposal

- Copy/Sample of Instructional Materials
- Evidences of validation of Materials developed
INCOME GENERATING PROJECT
- Project Proposal
- Project Write Up
- Brief Description of the finished Project
- Financial Report on Income generated/expenditures (net income shall be at least Php. 5,000.00)
- Evidences of direct pupil benefit
- Both project Proposal and Write-up shall be duly certified by the approving body

MINIMUM POINTS TO BE EARNED BY CANDIDATES
TO BE PROMOTED TO MASTER TEACHER POSITIONS
MASTER TEACHER I - At least 25 points in leadership potential or has been
demonstration teacher on the district level plus a number of
points in leadership potential to reach the total of 25 points
MASTER TEACHER II - At least 30 points in leadership potential and achievement
or has been a demonstration teacher on the division level with
points which when added to leadership and potential points
shall at least equal to 30 points.
